Re-purchase mailboxes for reactivation (Microsoft 365 / Azure)

Re-purchase Microsoft 365 and Azure mailboxes whose reactivation is paused with mailbox_reactivation_status: needs_rebuy.

This is only needed when an automatic re-purchase could not complete, usually because the wallet balance was too low. Top up your wallet first, then call this endpoint.

How it works

Only mailboxes with mailbox_reactivation_status: needs_rebuy are processed. Any other UIDs are ignored and do not appear in the response.

Your wallet is charged at the normal purchase price: per mailbox for Microsoft 365, per domain for Azure. The amount is returned in charged.

The mailboxes are then set up again in the background. Follow progress with status on List mailboxes, Get mailbox details or Check mailbox status: it moves to processing, then active.

Responses

200 with charged: 0 and empty results: none of the UIDs were waiting for a re-purchase (for example, it already happened automatically)

402: wallet balance is too low. Nothing is charged and the mailboxes stay needs_rebuy

500: the mailboxes could not be queued. Any charge is refunded and the mailboxes stay needs_rebuy, so you can retry

Provide your bearer token in the

Authorization

header when making requests to protected resources.
