Get domain rotation status

status is completed, partially_completed or failed. If status is failed or partially_completed, check once more after a minute before you contact support.status | Meaning |
|---|---|
queued | Waiting to start. It can also come back to queued for a short time while a step is tried again. |
preparing | The replacement domain is being added and verified. |
rotating | Mailboxes are moving to the replacement domain. |
completed | Every mailbox has moved. Reconnect them to your sending tools with their new addresses. |
partially_completed | Some mailboxes moved and some did not. Check mailboxes[].status and contact support. |
failed | The rotation could not complete. Contact support and quote the rotation_id. |
mailboxes[].status | Meaning |
|---|---|
pending | Not moved yet. |
renamed | Moved. The mailbox now uses new_email. |
failed | Could not be moved. |
reconnect_required | Moved, but the mailbox needs to be connected again before it can send. |
not_moved | The rotation ended without moving this mailbox. |
